- Description and objectives:

This is one of the most active committees in recent years. They decide among other things:

- The destinations of Fairs and Commercial Missions to which the Cluster goes with the associated companies under the aids of Internationalization of the Galician Government.

- Joint procurement of stands and promotional material.

In the years 2017-2018 ACLUNAGA participated in 16 trade missions; in 2018-2019 in 19. For the years 2019-2020 are scheduled 19 international actions to destinations such as: United States, Russia, China, Australia, Japan, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Turkey, Norway, United Kingdom, Germany, etc.

MARCOS FREIRE (FREIRE SHIPYARD)

- Description and objectives:

The last financial committee of ACLUNAGA was composed by banking entities such as: ABANCAMAR, CAIXABANK or SABADELL, it was mainly addressed the issue of searching for alternative instruments and ways of financing both for the Shipyards and for the Ancillary Industry.

The search of new financial methods for the naval construction and the analysis of successful group tools will mark the future of this committee, that will work soon to reach solutions that arrive to all the Galician industry.

JOSE ANTONIO CAMBLOR (T Y M GANAIN)

- Description and objectives:

The Human Resources and Training Committee has been in charge of the elaboration of the technical proposals presented to the IGAPE for the elaboration of a Training Plan that adjusts to the needs of the Naval Construction and Repair Sector in Galicia.

On the other hand, the training courses given by ACLUNAGA include the Committee's proposals and are adapted to the reality of the sector in order to give pragmatic coverage to the demands of the associated companies.

CARLOS ALONSO (BALIÑO)

- Description and objectives:

Some of the topics dealt with by this committee are: management systems; calculation and design systems; information exchange systems; the creation of seminars and specific technical training; the collection of regulatory changes that arise; the choice of different visits and technical trips and also, the definition of professional profiles tailored to the needs of companies.

In this sense, the collaboration with technology centres that are members of ACLUNAGA and other clusters has also been included as convenient for the expansion of resources available to the associated companies. This will allow the realization and consultation of more complex and not so daily studies.
